　　中缅两国边境×交易肆虐，云南小镇的缉毒警察（张默 饰）无意中由杀手（杨坤 饰）查到一条重大贩毒罪案线索，而一切迹象皆指向黑帮老大毒枭350（孙红雷 饰）。而此时，毒枭350因帮派斗争被属下背叛遭遇活埋，他年轻的妻子（王珞丹 饰）义无反顾陪丈夫共赴死路，上天是否成全他们？
　　
   时光回溯十余年，前任黑帮老大带着亲信毒枭350进行×交易。交易失败，毒枭350挟制牙医（倪大红 饰）年幼的女儿小安为人质，逃回缅甸。毒枭350抚养小安长大，两人结为夫妇。长大后的小安（王珞丹 饰）拒绝了父亲的召唤，执意跟随已被警方监控的毒枭350。
　　
   警察的追捕、黑帮的追杀、爱人父亲的怨恨……这对恋人能否获得幸福？
